Whiteboy's BBQ
Until Whiteboy's opened, I'd never met a rack of ribs that I couldn't eat in one sitting. These are huge, massively meaty and magnificently prepared (rubbed -- not slathered in sauce; you have have sauce on the side if you want it).
Being a long-time fan of Arthur Bryant's in KCMO, I find the beef brisket not sufficiently greasy for my taste. (As Arthur once -- likely more than once; it's a great line -- said, "If it ain't grease, it ain't Q." But tastes differ, so if you're a fan of brisket that's had the fat trimmed before cooking, go for it -- it is moist and flavorful (as far as it can go without that fat; better than what Ollie Gates put out in his KCMO restaurants, in my opinion).
Haven't eaten the other items on the menu yet. Once I locked onto those ribs, there wasn't much desire to stray.
